Editor's note-The provisions of §§ 38—48 of the Charter compilation have been rendered obsolete by the abolition of the municipal court and the transfer of its jurisdiction to the county court pursuant to Fla. Const., Art. V, § 20, and have been deleted. Said compilation provisions were derived from Laws of Fla. 1947, Ch. 24398, §§ 45—55, as amended by Ord. Nos. 73-47 and 73-53.
