§ 16-23. Permit required to erect structure or run utility.

- It shall be unlawful for any person to construct or erect any building or structure of whatever kind, whether permanent or temporary in character, or run or string any public service utility into, upon or across any beach or park, except on special written permit issued hereunder.(Code 1958, § 19-19; Ord.
