§ 20-1. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the parking and storage of recreational vehicles and boats or boat trailers. These regulations are intended for and in the best interest of the citizens of the city to provide easy access to recreational vehicles while promoting the health, safety and welfare of all the citizens of the city.
