§ 20-5. Effect on private limitations on land use.

  • This chapter shall not be construed to limit any deed restrictions, condominium regulations or similar private limitation more restrictive than the regulations contained herein. Further this provision shall not be construed as creating an obligation on the city to enforce private limitations on land use.
