§ 26-117. Disposal of sewage other than through regional facilities.

(a) The disposal of sewage by means other than use of the available regional wastewater facilities shall be in accordance with city, county, state, and federal law.
(b) The disposal of sewage to the WWF shall be as outlined in this chapter and shall be subject to standards which meet or exceed the city industrial and commercial waste ordinance requirements as they shall exist from time-to-time.
