§ 26-171. False statements of documents prohibited.

No person shall knowingly make any false statements, representations, or certification in any application record, report, plan, or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this division, or falsify, tamper with, or knowingly render inaccurate any monitoring device or method required under this division.
