§ 26-175. Enforcement plan.

Latest version.

An escalating enforcement strategy shall be used by the city to maintain compliance with this chapter. The various types of enforcement actions shall be used as determined by the Director and/or Code Enforcement Division and/or the City Attorney depending on the type or severity of the violation. A copy of the enforcement plan will be kept on file at the WWF.
