The following life safety features shall be provided and maintained in working order by the property owner in accordance with approved plans and specifications, and shall be tested, certified and proved to be in proper working condition, at the owner’s cost, to the satisfaction of the Fire Marshal, before issuance of the certificate of compliance.
(a) Equipment storage rooms. Equipment rooms or areas, as described in the Fire Department Design Guide, for purpose of storing equipment for Fire Department use shall be provided.
