§ 5. Restoration Surety.

Applicant must submit surety as outlined in Chapter 2, Article III, Section 6 in the amount of one hundred ten percent (110%) of the engineer's certified cost for work according to this section. The city shall, at all times, have the authority to draw upon the surety and complete the work should the applicant be in default of the permit requirements.
